Usually twice a year and around one of the big hiring conferences.

I would not go to jetblue right now. Besides being the 2nd lowest paid they are gearing up for a hard labor fight with no contract. I hear reserve is aweful and you will be on it for a long time.

I'm not writing any Letters of recommendation anymore for people to come here... they will thank me later.

You're entertaining, keep your in-depth comments coming.

Anybody looking to come here from a stable regional with a decent paycheck, I honestly would take a second thought before coming here.

Stable regional two words that don't belong together.

I second this. Pay is woefully inadequate (30-40% less than our peers), work rules are sub par (10 hour 3-days??), and disrespect for pilots is unmatched elsewhere in the industry. Focus your efforts elsewhere unless your dream is to be an aircraft cabin cleaner who happens to fly the planes.
