Sorry if I was misunderstood. Kalitta pilots knew what I was referring to. New hires in training are welcome additions. Backstabbing a-holes flying on their days off are training to be scabs. And there's a lot of them this week.

They know what's going on and don't give a $hit. A bunch of old farts getting close to retiring or idiots that got themselves in too much debt.

varies wildly from month to month. average is probably low 70s... but you will have months well into the 80s and 90s... and you will have months at min guarantee.

Now, since we're on the subject...................ALL you current guys on property doing anything absolutely more than the bare minimum are completely crushing everyone else on property who is attempting to acquire a "industry standard" contract!

If you'd quit acting like pseudo-SCABS we can get enough pressure applied to the current state of operations to break the back of the check writer who laugh as each month goes by in which they only have to pay us in monopoly money.

Man or Woman up, get your life in order, go dig a ditch on your days-off to pay for ends meat, and quit acting like a ***** on the street corner while stabbing your brothers & sisters in the back like a spineless freeloader!

Life has consequences.........
Could not agree more with this statement.

Why do you say we are short pilots?

Of the 3 pilots I did this last trip with, not one has broken 62 hours. I just did 5 days in CVG, all 1/7's.

The scheduling department is soo inept , its easier for them to call folks from home because they know where the off duty pilots are.
We're not that short of pilots, we're short of schedulers that know what they are doing. We have pilots sitting for 5/7/10 days at a time in one city, not flying and scheduling still cals folks at home.
