Former Kalitta Charters K9 guy now turned airline pilot. Was a former copilot on the Lear and Falcon 20 for a year and then moved into the 121 world. I'm not sure whether leaving before upgrading will look appropriate to K4.... Will my previous history of working for Doug help me get my foot in the door...or possibly hurt?

Hard to say without putting in an app. We have not had anyone move from Charters to K4 for something like 10 years, although I know those that have tried and not got a call.

With you leaving and going to 121 this maybe your "get out clause".

On a side note, now charters are in 1224 and undergoing contract talks, there has been talk that some sort of flow through maybe being put forward. That was what a friend was told when they interviewed at charters last month.

Appreciate the information on current events and projections. Speaking of projections, what percentage chance at this point can we expect a positive outcome next week? Is the relationship that damaged between parties that it's a fight to the death with disregard to what's best for the company to move forward?

Thanks

If you ungrateful CSers go on strike I will pull you out of CASS so quick it will make your head spin. No way in he!! will you be able to JS anywhere. Your Connie card will be cutoff and you will be on your own stuck in Delhi, Bah or some other garden spot. Enjoy!

"Your Connie card will be cutoff"...that is funny. You might be missing a small detail that Connie won't have a card to cutoff at that point. Good luck running an airline without pilots. The industry has changed and if you do not believe it, you can ask BB at Republic about it. We are all standing-by to see who the first management group will be in this environment to lose their airline due to ego entrenchment.

Saw a proposal for a "potential, imaginary, payscale" for your "potential" new contract. I know it's just rumors and internet crap right now. That being said, does anyone have a copy they can post or PM me? I just need a ball park for what may be in a new contract, fast, need to make some decisions and need any info I can get, even if it's grasping at straws.
