Before you all go off the deep end, you might ask yourself why would the company do it at this time heading into their heaviest flying. What did they renege on, or was it even mentioned. If it wasn't, why not?

I hate to say this, but I think this is more Dan Wells stuff, I really do. I don't trust that guy one bit.

I hate to say this, but that's exactly what CONnie wants you to think. He is proven not to be trusted. I hope this gets resolved and cooler heads prevail. It must be beyond frustrating for you guys.

It is frustrating beyond belief, but it's just the way it is. I for one was not going to believe it until I saw it, so while a disappointment, it's not a surprise.

I just need to point out that the biggest obstacle to a new contract in the last months has been Dan Wells, not K4 management. This would have been a done deal months ago except for him stepping in and saying no. That's just a fact.

I also hope cooler heads prevail, but we will just have to wait and see.

Sorry, but if you believe Connie was gonna sign a few months ago, and not now just because Wells got involved, you are Connies biggest fan?

If you really think Dan Wells is responsible you are completely delusional, because this happened before without Dan Wells being in the picture. The reason the union is on the property is because management cannot be trusted. How many times are you going to be stabbed in the back before you realize it is management holding the knife, and not your union brothers and sisters?

After this slap in the face I would encourage everyone to once again stop working on days off. Most of us held the line and only worked on days on, but there were a consistent few that did not. For anyone that would now work on a day off you are still contributing to the problem, and are preventing us from getting a worthwhile contract. Unfortunately I cannot call you a “SCAB” but I do consider you a “Scumbag”.
