its 55% immediate...90% over 4 years.. with a slight increase in guarantee, with a 12 year pay scale
Top of the scale after 4 years is $286 an hour for 747 AND 767.... no pay differential between the fleets
and for those that might care.... 1st year new hire pay will be $101 an hour.

I am glad you are on your way to being able to vote of a TA. It will soon be in your hands as to whether you feel it is good enough to be supported or turned down. Your NC has worked hard, but remember it has to meet your expectations, otherwise it will still need polishing, but you will be given the right to voice your option. Congrats, well deserved.

Well, from an Atlas guy, (we picketed with you btw) I am very happy for you guys and wish you the best. I hope that when the details of the contract come out, it will be something you can vote in with a solid yes.

Jack03,
That was perhaps the most childish, selfish, immature thing I have ever seen on ANY aviation board. I certainly hope you are not a KA pilot and you better hope I never find out who you are, and you better hope you never have to fly with me.
Please tell me you were drinking heavily when you posted this............

HighFight;
Duty rig; trip rig; VOD, whatever you want to call it, is important because WE come to work to make money. We do not come to work to sit in hotels and pick our noses, ok, ad nauseum and do nothing but wash our clothes and eat the same boring breakfast day in and day out in the same run down Holiday Inn for 16 days. If we then fly a ten hour trip, we expect to be paid for it. For the fifteen days that we sat, we want CREDIT for sitting those days. So, sitting for, say, 4.8 hours a day,X15, then get 10 hours of flight pay = 72 + 10.....= 82 hours of pay, versus a flat 64 hours. Thats some ChaChing! Any other questions?
