Right now I'm at a regional and I expect to flow to AA in 4-5 years. That said I'm pushing 40 and maybe actually making some money sooner would be nice.
So, what's the growth plan? 767s, 747s? DHL or Amazon or ?
What happens when CK kicks the bucket?

If I were to flow in 5 years, then go to AA, my total compensation at AAG would be under what I'd earn at K4 for the next 21 years.
That assumes 1,000 credit at AA plus the 16% 401(k) contribution, at K4 that's 70 hours a month, a 5 year upgrade, and 5% 401(k) contribution.

Those that know me personally know that I do a lot of serious math.

Bottom line is, if you like passenger flying, stay where you are. ACMI carriers are not family friendly for the most part. That being said I love this lifestyle, but my kids are grown and I am single.

I don't think I'd listen to anyone on here that forces their opinion on you. Everyone's home situation is different. Just ask for the facts so you can make your own decision on coming over. You'd probably get a more honest opinion through PM and not under the public eye. Too many company bashers on here.
