What? you do realize there is now an AIP..... some finishing touches on the language... but this agreement is going out for a vote.

May not be a brief period......if Flynn, Carlson and the men in suits get their way Kalitta will remain the best of the worst. and the Atlas guys will get nothing unless they are willing to fight for it. Just saying to management that the we want better than Kalitta ain't going to cut it. We need to send them a clear message during the peak season and stop fixing the obvious deficiencies in crew numbers for them. Sorry to hijack your thread but I get the feeling from some Atlas guys that seem to think we will get a free ride on your coat tails to a better contract......we need to FIGHT for our own contract period.....and again well done to our brothers and sisters.

Edit to say I was not having a pop at whiplash6. I'm just seeing elsewhere Atlas guys saying K4 got X so we get X+. We don't get $hit unless we are willing to fight for it.

JC put out a "it's not our fault, blame the union" letter hours after K4 put their news out. It was quite comical and very interesting timing to say the least.

Speaking of trolls. Active Shooter sure is quiet right about now! haha

Our AIP should help you guys...and i hope its sooner rather than later... but i suspect you are in for at least couple of years minimum with your mediator.

Jeff Carlson. VP of operations at Atlas. He's basically the DO. Ask any ex Northwest or Spirit guy about him. You'll get an earful.

You're misunderstanding me. I'm at Atlas we might not get to vote if Atlas has their way. Kalitta will get to vote on this new TA. I hope the TA is great and the pilots vote yes if it is!
