by the way LS is a lawyer and she is and has been one of the major impediments to the progress. She received her JD from a box of cracker jacks!

HR is telling him "According to HR and management vote happened already just layer (lawyer) hold up now".....and: "They are being tight lipped about details but saying about August it will hit the streets."
Also......
"Yeah higher minimum guarantee and second year (FO) pay on above 122"

True ?
I am terribly skeptical but, admittedly, have not been following your adventures closely enough to know better.
Any, all info helpful.

I think YIP Ops voted last week on a new contract. I believe the vote was 98% in favor of keeping Hungry Howies for the 1600 pizza break, but in a surprise move they voted out Dunkin Donuts for the 1000 meeting and are replacing them with Little Debbie cakes.

The ONLY "Vote" that has been taken around here is a Strike Vote.

97.3 % agreed it was necessary.

That was a few months ago...I beieve if taken today that it would be closer to 99.0 %.

This Feces laden Ship-Of-Fools is sinking fast.

DHL has sent out warnings to Kalitta regarding an impending Strike/Labor dispute.

Morale is at an all-time low.

Retardation is the Name of The Game and management is clueless as to the new level of idiocy that they have sunk to. Implosion is a word that comes to mind. ALL of the schedulers have quit, and the new French Fry servers are completely out of their depth. Dispatch...Same. Maintenance...Same.

Connie is 78...No One wants to work here anymore, and even New Hires ( still on IOE ) are not making any secret of the fact , that as soon as they get a call from ANY other airline....They are gone.

Good-Bye K4...It was fun to know ya'. !

Other than that....I've had some fun here.
