I made 70k 1st year which would include 1k/month per diem - thats an average of 75 hours pay per month - with new A/C and more peeps hitting the door - those kind of hours should be possible

I would have made 80 -85 year 4 if I made it through the whole year, not counting per diem, over guarantee some months, 0 overtime 17 days was enough

For obvious reasons, who will not be mentioned. 4 to Atlas and one to UPS. That is why I say a contract would help the company as much as us right now.

How long have contract negotiations been going on? What are the chances of success in the near term?

Maybe 4 years? Who knows when it will even come to a vote on a TA or a vote on a strike. The truth is that if you come to K4 knowing what the schedule at an ACMI carrier is like, you will probably like it here. After a year or so, you will become more marketable to ACMI carriers, and other types of airline operations. At that point you would be foolish not to move on for more money and more security. I love it here at K4 and have no plans to leave. However, I am not a young man anymore. If I were, then because the stalled contract negotiations, and the attitude of some in the training department, I would be on the first train out of here to money land. :-)
