thx, I read through that, and thought the same thing, he must be able to stay as long as it wasn't past the date that he gave as the notice date.
there was that idiot that was able to come back twice I guess, I didn't know the classic FO that did that but made a big problem then. Hope this case is different, everyone likes this FO and he deserves to be employed here if UPS screwed him, great guy!
