Unless they have changed radically, there are no technical questions. Mostly they will spend the interview trying to convince you not to come to K4. Then after flying the SIM if you still want the job and are willing to come after reading everything that you have on this thread you surprise them by actually showing up for the first day of class.

I heard you guys were hiring a lot recently. What's the current wait for IOE over there? How many days can you go until they have to send you back to the sim? If you end up going back, do you have to take a check ride all over again or is it just 3 landings..??

Yes...90 days... extensions to 120 are available. Usually it only happens if there are "other" issues. I met a guy the other day who had some personal issues and needed a PC before OE.... but its fairly rare.

When I transitioned to the 400 in 2013 they were so backed up that I had 2 months off at home before my number came up, I got my IOE done in one 14 day round the world tour that took me from Camp Bastian , thru Europe, the Mideast , and Asia, and ended with a line check between Hong Kong and ANC, great flying, great people, great jet.

I believe in my dusty knowledge it is a requirement to complete IOE and consolidation of knowledge in 90 days, extendable to 120 days - I.E., IOE and a total time of 100 hours on type... But I could be wrong. Been a while since I read through that. So this guy had done an OKE and then had to do another before being released to IOE?
