I can't believe you made that last comment to the previous poster saying that his recommendation is what's hurting his friends chances. It paints you and everyone else in YIP in a very bad light, you are better than that.

Do not know anything about the story you are writing about above. I am under the impression that we are hiring a high percentage of candidates.
