We're not gonna strike nor do we need to. We just need to be released so we have leverage in the negotiations. Mgmt could have agreed in May but they chose to play hardball. This is the way it's gotta draw out.
My opinion I think the rates are meh and the guarantee sucks. Plus I haven't seen any language about work rules.
Our union is fighting the hard fight and they have my full support. The timing is perfect on the unions part. By the end of October we will either be on strike or have a contract. Right before CNET starts.

I support my EXCO, my negotiating committee, and the IBT. I don't support the 1224 leadership whose conflict of interest is holding KA pilots hostage
