What do you mean by if we could somehow put up a picket line at the CVG facilty that would be a different ball game.

It only takes 1-2 K4 pilots to stand outside CVG to prevent the rest of 1224 pilots to be prevented from going onto the property. That is what is meant by we will not/cannot cross.

Besides there will be CHAOS

C reate
H avoc
A cross
O ur
S ystem.

Sick calls will go up at most of the other carriers.
Fatigue calls will go up
Mx write ups will increase
Flights will be delayed while all cargo is checked worldwide and then double checked to make sure it is not K4 related. ON OTHER THAN DHL FLIGHTS, TOO

Remember, if by some longshot K4 pilots were to strike, ATLAS pilots want Atlas management to know that it is going to DEVASTATE Atlas if we have to do the same a few years from now. We would want Atlas management to SUFFER right along with K4 management during your strike.

.
It is called trespassing. You cannot go onto your neighbors yard and do whatever you like. The DHL property is not public it is private.

DHL owns 49% of Polar--only because it's against the law for a foreign company to own MORE.

And they own most of Atlas's 767s and Southern's 777s

Have no illusions about who is pulling some of the strings around here.

While I agree with your comment, at the end of the day all that is going to matter is what the court system has to say.

We can tell that you must not have done any picketing or you would be better informed about strike/picketing strategies. A picket line would not be on private property. It would be on public property.

It seems senseless to discuss this with some of the posters here as they seem to want to fail and will argue for failure until the end of the thread.

Inform yourselves.

Have you never seen the entrance to a parking lot or drive way that is being used for a picket? You don't go on their property. You use the public right of way.

Default Passports and Visas

Question about Passport and Visa requirements.

Does Kalitta go to places that require Visas, or are air crews exempt from this? Seems like lead time could be a factor based on the few I have required.

What about multiple passports? I know some of the places Kalitta goes don't play well with others. Do you have to maintain a "Muslim" and "non-Muslim" compliant passport?

Travel on US passport. Most places issue a visa on the spot if required - one that doesn't is China and they will want you to get that visa while in training. It is good for five years. Visas are all paid by the company (though you will physically produce the company card).

The roads that lead to it are not DHL's.
