With all of the thread drift and the calls to strike we seem to have lost sight of the Elephant in the room. Our Negotiation Team has "unofficially" let it leak that they crafted a TA that they would like us to vote on. One, I emphasize ONE item was rejected by Dan Wells.(regardless of all of the bull**** he threw out at the meeting) A 20 hour duty day requirement. I personally do not want a 20 hour duty day. It prohibits like me from doing 2 things that are very important to me. One, taking needed supplies to our troops. Two, getting me over guarantee during my normal working footprint. Who knows? I may vote no to the TA. I would however like to have the right to. I have grown very weary, very quickly, of both paying dues/assessment, and being used as a pawn in the Atlas Air negotiations.

You need not worry about taking supplies to our troops with a 20 hour duty day.
Atlas does it just fine with a 20 hour day and Evergreen did just fine with an 18 hour duty day.
AND, the whole point of getting a good TA is so that you don't have to worry about working so hard to be able to make a living.
You fly a 747 around the world under sometimes dangerous conditions. The least Connie can do is adequately compensate you, so that you don't have to work like a dog to support your family.
You are a professional pilot doing a dangerous job. You need to be compensated like one.

Really? JH says we should've had a TA to vote on over a month ago. Do you work for K4? What he has told me and many, many others backs up what SN has said. What we've all heard. They have been censored. Silenced because they disagree with dw. dw won't allow us to vote on what was previously agreed too.
So go someplace else to play. You aren't welcome here. Seriously, go play in your sandbox. My k4 brothers are sick and tired of the 1224 peeps dictating our contract. Let us vote yes or no. Let us speak for ourselves. JH, SN, et al, have said the same thing over and over, contrary to what BS you have read on here and what you listened to on that embarrassment of a webinar.
And how dare you disparage the folks that took the time to call in.
I'm utterly convinced you don't work for k4 and only care about what's best for you at another none K4 company. At the expense of the k4 pilot group.

I have been watching this ******* show for a while. I can't believe all the non-k4 people sticking their nose in our business. Yes, I get it, Atlas desperately wants to use us as a pawn for their negotiations....and in the end, they may get a much better contract as they have a bigger pilot group, more revenue, share holders, long term contracts, etc....but, holy *******! This is a K4 issue! Our NC knows exactly what we want! If they have a TA, let them put it out for a vote! It does not apply to DW and his agenda and his groupies! Who in this business ever heard of a competitor stopping a TA of another airline? Let K4 do their business, others stay out! Negotiate your own contract!

Nothing is stopping anybody at K4 from contacting DW or any other official at 1224 and ASKING for an update or answers to specific questions.
Or its just easier to come on here and complain about how the union and/or DW is conspiring to prevent K4 pilots from getting a new contract.

I watched the video and the Q+A session.
Seems like just a few of K4 pilots making the same ridiculous accusations over and over.
There is no TA. A bunch of major sections are still open, not just duty time.
Seems like the claims being made on here were totally wrong. Where did all the brand new posters go suddenly? Are they waiting for the company to issue them brand new propaganda talking points?
