Flannel shirt, blue jeans, maybe some cowboy boots.
Well, if they say business casual, go business casual.

We will see how Mexicana MRO does on these. Previous efforts by IAI/Bedek to use out-of-Israel conversion partners haven't gone swimmingly. However, Mexicana has an acceptable reputation and seems to be all-in on this; they've had a bunch of folks at TLV training for several months. It's going to be a slow ramp-up, I think. Mexicana has a buttload of outdoor workspace available, but their hangars can only fit one 767 inside at a time. There's a main hangar for work, and a paint hangar, so they are able to provide a finished, painted aircraft there if Connie wants that. 762CK is the first aircraft down there; it will be interesting to see how long it takes and how squawk-free it comes out.

Anybody know which aircraft Connie is leasing out to Baltia? He has five available, I think, two with PWs and three with GEs.

From Baltia's SEC 8k:
On May 9, 2017, Baltia Air Lines, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an Aircraft Lease Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Kalitta Air, LLC (“Kalitta”), pursuant to which the Company will lease a Boeing 767-300 model aircraft from Kalitta..."
Not to make too big of a deal about a typo, but Baltia's filing (at least the one that shows up on the SEC's official EDGAR web site), calls it a "Boeing 767-400 model aircraft". Generally, companies are pretty-meticulous about proofreading their SEC filings, which isn't too hard when it's 4 sentences long. But I guess not these guys.

I wore a suit and tie back in '11, chiefy wore jeans and a sweat shirt, asst chiefy wore jeans and a western shirt, we talked about 727s ,and the DC3, laid back friendly get to know you interview , quick sim evaluation, then a class offer a few days later for the Classic . I loved my time there.

What you wear is not as important as making sure your mustache is properly styled.

What? No 'stache? Well get on it, you only have a few days. And don't go buy a stick on one....they can spot a fake a mile away

Now that the ass clowns 😜🤓 have had their fun....... The company could not care less what you wear. It is not part of the evaluation. I have seen guys in slacks and polo shirts. Most come in suits. If you would be uncomfortable in a room full of candidates, 75% of whom are wearing suits, then wear a suit. Nobody from the company will be wearing a suit. Hope this helps as your question comes up a lot.

That's funny, I was hired wearing jeans and a sweater. (The airline lost my luggage with my suit in it.) I'm not sure how well it'll go over but I think the company's looking for confidence in your personality. Not arrogance. Just my opinion.

Yeah. Sorry about that, I paraphrased it and changed the obvious error in the SEC filing for this thread so it wouldn't distract from a discussion about Baltia leasing a Kalitta 767. Good catch though and I agree, not much attention to detail from the Baltia crew.
