Persistence is key

As we near the season where cargo hauling is the busiest, I've been told training tapers off until after the holidays due to sim instructor availability. Everyone will be flying the line in November and December.
That being said, someone told me to email HR my updated resume a couple months after initially applying. This shows them you're still interested and since K4 is not a huge company, HR will likely see your update. Whether coincidence or not, it worked for me as I got the call a week after sending my updated resume to HR. 4K TT, Mil, <1 yr 121 exp.

Bottom line, if you don't have a class date yet, prepare to weather the holiday season before hiring picks up again, but keep updating apps in the mean time.

It was about 2 months from when I was initially contacted and offered an interview date with HR.

I'm at 5100TT, 4150PIC, 2000 JetPIC, 2800 Turbine

Hopefully that helps some of you asking.

You shouldn't be concerned. It's perfectly normal for Nigerian government officials to offload millions of dollars to total strangers just to avoid prosecution. Do you want to work at K4 or not? if no... don't respond... they are doing phone interviews for most people before they bring them in for an interview.

I should've known I'd get roasted for a post like that. I should have been more clear, it looked like a glitch in my email where it wasn't even addressed to me specifically. I called and had the phone interview, it went really well so I'm expecting to hear from hr soon for the next step.
