This has really turned into a ****ed up thread. The intent of this thread, I think, was to help guys that wanted in Kalitta. Now? The few guys that are on here to taint the company are really an embarrassment to the entire industry. The guys that left Kalitta and come back on here to talk **** should really go away. You're only making yourself pathetic. Truly disgusting!

Some of us who were there and left want the guys and girls who are still there to get the best possible CBA because they so richly deserve it. It will genuinely gladden my heart when the word goes out that K4 has achieved an AIP, and a TA , that improves both the quality of life, and the financial well being of the crew force. I made a lot of good friends during my time at ,Kalitta , I want them to get the best.

If nothing has changed, it should be the first day. I went home for the weekends but that was before we had cass. I wouldn't recommend it though. You might want that extra time to study. And the flights are much fuller now than they were when I did it.

It won't be after the first week of indoc. It is usually held up by the driver records. I got mine week 5. One in my group got it just before IOE.

I bet if you guys set up a meet and great between Chuck Norris and DW, you'd have a TA the next day. Even at 76 years old, that guy is such a badass he can slam shut a revolving door!

Maybe Chuck can talk some sense into K4 pilots! The rest of the cargo industry is trying to get duty days reduced to reasonable hours but not K4.
