And the training dept holds his hand while busting FO's that are good sticks for chicken #$%* things. What were the results of that survey again? The one that BR said he would address.

Only if they can pass the sim eval so it's time to nip this BS in the bud right there.

With or without extra training from the evaluator?

I have a seen a few posts about checkride failures at Kalitta, is this a common occurrence? Is it more common on the Classic side or the 400 side? What gives?

Yes we have a few, well more than a few. Common, from a layman with a different experience at two other airlines it seems like a lot. The 400 side has a higher number of failures than the classic, but there are almost 5 times the number of FO's and three times the CA's on the 400 so things maybe relative, or not. For the what gives, culture is what I think gives.
Rumor has it we had another failure last week, any confirmations from other K4 folks on the sight?

We have a couple check airmen who are politically connected and quite frankly shouldn't be there. These individuals have a higher failure rate than the other instructors. Either they don't understand what PIRA means or they don't care. A training survey went out to the pilot group and the results apparently addressed this. What happens next? I'm sure it'll be window dressing.

I guess there is/was a big powwow today about the training and mass exodus and what the cause is.

I wanted so much to be a fly on the wall!
