I’ve been sending update dresumes to the HR email address about once a month. Do they ever respond with a “thanks, we will give it a look” type response?

Hi. Had an interview with K4 and they indicated an approximate time of 2 years to the LHS. To the K4 veterans here, how realistic is that number? Given that attrition/retirements are not significant, are they really going to be able to grow that much?

current upgrade is going close to 2 years...NO.. somebody hired in January could not realistically expect upgrade in 2 years...

Thanks. I suspected that figure was only based current upgrade times. With the new contract, low attrition and retirements and no definite aircraft orders, I was sceptical.

I've been around enough to have heard those interview "sales figures" a few times before.

Try this....email crewscheduling and tell them you are in Leipzig and need an assignment. They will get back to you pretty quick with a trip assignment or a 1in 7....kind of the opposite of fixing the glitch in office space.

I got one from the head of hr that said they really liked my resume, haven't heard a word since. That was a few months ago so who knows maybe I'm in the short stack. One can hope.

I got one saying they would pass it along to the assistant CP, about two months ago. Maybe I'm in the medium to large stack.
