I sent in a resume today. I have 11,000 total, about 7,500 121 jet/glass pic.
I've been working in another industry for the last few years and logged 2 hours in the last 3 years. Do you suppose that will be a problem for K4 pilot recruiting?

You have the experience, but your lack of currency will give them doubts about your ability to do well in training. Will be some rust to knock off.

As you may have read on here we have had several candidates “think” they knew what was in the contract or how it was interpreted and didn’t do well in the interview. I would recommend that you stay away from discussions about the contract and stick to generalizations.

They are way behind on training right now. Short on LCA's, sim instructors and until recently sim time. From next month we will be using YIP, DEN & MIA for sims and upping the amount of classes, although this may well start the IOE backlog again.
The current forcast is 150 pilots short for August projection. More aircraft scheduled to be put on line both 74 & 76. probably won't see a 74 bid for at least a month maybe 2.
