Speed loaders at a training event run by FAMs?
Open season.
Also, you’re not shooting 5,000 rounds. Closer to 800. The Marine in me would tell you to suck it up buttercup, but the female FAMs would miss out on their opportunity to have fun at your expense...

You will want some of your own personal clothes to wear after class, to the bar, etc. They provide all your clothes for training. Wifi at the dorms costs money and cell service is not the best. You have wifi at the classrooms if I remember right. Busy days, and only a couple hours at night to do your own thing.
Nobody in my class used a speed loader, however I don't think anyone would have been made fun of for it. A few of us were inexperienced (myself included) and managed to load all the magazines just fine. Little bit of tape on the fingers the last two days did help though.
It was a good experience, and fun. Enjoy it!

I brought a speed loader. I have loaded plenty of mags for recreation and competition. No instructor said a negative thing about it and other students asked to use it. It’s a range. If you use it at your home, why wouldn’t you use it at another range?

You’re in a federal weapons training facility which happens to be overflowing with toxic masculinity. There’s a difference.
But I don’t care. Maybe you’ll get mocked, maybe you won’t. There was a female FAM instructor in my class who loved ragging on the speedloaders. It was actually kinda fun.
