SWA has had a Father with three sons and a son in law as pilots plus a daughter as a flight attendant.
We've also had a Daughter, her step Mother, her step Mother's husband, and the Husband's brother all flying together in various combinations, and the Daughter was the most senior of the lot!
We've also got what could be the only black Father/Daughter team who have flown together and a bunch of married couples. I once flew with a trio of flight attendants composed of a guy with his current wife plus his former wife (and they weren't even from NASA).
Nepotism isn't frowned upon, it is celebrated.

A friend of mine flew with his dad at Airtran not too long ago on his dad’s very last flight (60). My friend (the son) was the captain and his dad was his FO (he had taken an early retirement from AA some 3 years prior and went to AT)
I think that’s an awesome way to retire from flying – having your son or your daughter next to you on your last flight.
