In Pakistan you can have someone do it for you.

In developing countries, you can have solid gold brand name pens for $1. Rolex watches go for $14.95.

By the way, the gold wash rubs off these authentic pens and watches after their first couple of weeks of use.

Also...makes six figures, complains about no free pens.

That was on the final decision list. Loved that it’s made in the USA and machined. In the end went with ZIEBA only because it was a bit lighter and smaller tube to the tactile turn. He also allowed a bit of customization and engraving after talking to him on the phone.

To each is own. I was raised that if it’s something you need or use daily, pay for quality and do it once. While my pen doesn’t work better than a free hotel pen, I like it, it wasn’t expensive(ish) and I’ll have it forever.

I cannot argue with your logic at all.

This is funny, but untrue. Also the space pen guy developed it with his own money, not with a huge bloated govt contract as so often accompanies the story.

Go with 1.00 Mike Mike. Thik and powerful stream. Smells of worn leather and rich mahogany.

Good evening Mr. Wick.

I know of your previous fondness for the pencil varietals, but I can wholeheartedly endorse the new breed of pens. The new Bolt Action Pens in Titanium. And Copper.

Smooth grip. Ink refills for easier reloading. And I know you'll appreciate the custom engraving.

I like the Zebra stainless barrel pens. Very durable, cheap, refillable, narrow—fit in pen/pencil pockets (huge for flight suits and jackets).

Pilot G3 awesome but clips break in a day
Space pens too fat and messy ink
Cross pens too expensive, you will lose them.
Zebra $3, all stainless, fits in flight suit, refillable, ink won’t smudge. Has some heft.

Personally I want a pilot G3 pen with a steel clip but no existe..........

Grand Kempenski hotel in Geneva will give you a Cross pen at check in. I picked up 4 or 5 on various layovers there.
