At SWA, we only have one HSA plan that is $43/month. My hope is we codify that in the upcoming contract.

Averaged about 12 days away each month, 1/3 of that was on a business/first class deadhead to Asia or Europe. Made Diamond Medallion on DL, 1K on UAL, and Executive Platinum on AA. None is that is compensation, but I feel adds to our overall package.
