JetBlue
6th year Airbus FO
Comp- $318,000
401k- $45,000
Per Diem- $3,000
Block- 560 hrs
Average 18 days off per month

I bid with check airmen with almost all my trips getting either bought off for IOE, up-gauged or down-gauged to other equipment or bought by instructors needing consolidation.

Not sure your personal contributions should count, It isn't like we get a match.

Did I miss the 12/31 check being out yet?

I like 99% of what you post so my apologies if I am being a pr*ck

perdiem (are we really counting this?) $7,600
800 block hours
Too lazy to calculate days away from home and all that, but it is generally somewhere around 15 a month, a few more some months, many less in others. Took full advantage of my vacation weeks to either fly or travel. Spent 6 weeks vacationing in California making memories with my family, mainly by working my butt off and then blowing holes in my schedule.

parking cost me $180
uniforms around $300
Paid for my own substandard short and long term disability

As was mentioned above, this year was an outlier. We had a double time MOU that I took full advantage of plus I was able to clear a lot of my straight time flying and replace it with premium flying. This was an exceptional year for that and I don't expect next year will be the same. I was also blessed with good health and an understanding spouse. I do work the system to my advantage, but I also maintain a very healthy work/life balance. My goal is to maximize my pay per day at work and I don't stress block hours or anything like that.

Is the SWA DC to the 401K different?

I see you made: 321K in W-2 wages and 40K in NEC. and then I see this guy right below your post:
5th year Southwest FO live in base
$220k W2$33k NEC
(his NEC is roughly 15% and your is 12%, did you actually make 280K in W-2 wages?)

How is your NEC low compared to other SWA pilots?

I get ya. I made x and x ended up in retirement. Just how I look at it. The 230 contained the 20.5.
