What am I missing here?

You’ll find out in a few years ;)

Let's all agree to not put your place of work in the subject line. Just put it in the post like a normal person. It confuses too many Boomers.

You are very welcome señor. Enjoy the Johnson measuring contest that involves zero factual proof (mine is jaw dropping, but you'll have to take my word for it).

Too lazy to come up with the DC number but I guess it’s 16% of what I made.

So you’re saying your effective hourly rate is $420 as an FO, care to explain how?

He said he lives in base, so probably trips over 100/credit by mostly flying his line. Then add in a couple VDAs (double pay), getting in after 1am triggering an additional day, missing a Deadhead and getting extended pairing pay, and he’s probably having a good month.

I’m not him but I’m guessing that’s how it goes.
