Does Spirit own any airplanes or are they all leased?

I am surprised you guys don't understand that all this talk of chapter 7 is a attempt to still get the merger pushed through. I don't see anything in Spirits financials to indicate it is even near chapter 11.

We are losing hundreds of millions a year, have yet to recieve a dollar from P&W, our number of planes being parked is increasing and have like 1B due in 2025...........

If it went Chapter 7, it wouldn't be becuase the business is unsalvagelable. It would be because the parts were worth more than the whole.
200 A320's (and associated delivery slots) would fetch big $$
