IATA Calls for Raising Pilot Age Limit to 67

I am truly enjoying watching LEPF degenerate into nothing more than good old-fashioned, bald-faced GRIFT. Just like the man said, there is truly one born every minute! The best part is the wishfully thinking lemmings who have contributed bundles and yet continue to retire in droves, month by month by month…drip, drip, drip. Don’t worry, it will all be worth it when you’re back sitting in indoc as an RJ FO!!

It doesn’t matter. They have twisted the ICAO results into a win and believe it. When that doesn’t work out, they will shift to the next potential pathway and forgot about the past pathways not panning out. Some of the disheartened retire, and some new members will turn 60 and come to a conclusion that it’s now age discrimination, they need to mentor, experience matters, etc. It’s the perfect cycle of constant cash flow.
LEPF/EPAS just have to nudge occasionally and cash checks.

To be fair, those desperate among them do it on their own. They are documenting “ALPA lies” for their class action lawsuit. Even after they have been told numerous times how legally this isn’t age discrimination and explained the actual law.
