“Pilot age cap previously upheld in Air Canada arbitration

In a 2021 ruling involving Air Canada, a Canada Labour Code arbitrator found it was unreasonable to continue employing pilots over the age of 65 without “undue hardship,” citing the operational challenges posed by international airspace restrictions.”

That quote is from the same article. LEPF often sights Canada as an example of over 65 pilots operating but it’s not true at their 121 airlines since this arbitration in 2021. Most likely the precedent for the current move by West Jet.

What?!!?!!!
the LEPF people lied and mislead ?!
They’re such selfless, giving, upstanding Aviation Patriots!
I can’t believe it.

Greed, in and of itself, is a form of dishonesty. The two go together like peas and carrots.

Pretty quiet from the LEPF/EPAS elder-scamming operation.

Say, did anyone happen to catch that their hand-picked shill for ICAO ambassador is cited as owing tax liens to the tune of over $400,000?

That's gotta put a dent in whatever hope he had of being confirmed. But it's par for the course for their whole clown cause.

Troy Nehls is on the up and up though. No ethics investigation for that guy. Not any ulterior motives or nepotism either. Just a man with strong convictions.

Keep the faith! Any day now! And most importantly, keep sending checks… these vacations aren’t paying for themselves people.

According to a post on the book of faces, Capt Steeeeve has made his final cabin PA. Is he still planning to be a pro-67 mouthpiece, or is he going to quietly drift off into the retirement sunset?

I'm sure he won't spend his retirement putting out more slop YouTube videos.

I'd expect more videos. I'm tempted to block the channel but every now and then he discusses something in details that I'm too lazy to look up for myself.
