Anyone who podcasts subject matter expertise in a self styled uniform without the squirting flower boutonničre is not SOP compliant.

100% agree with this post.
This explains why so many of the EPAS/LEPF think the younger generation wants to raise the age. It’s just easier to say “Yeah, I understand” or “Uh huh, that’s a fair point” and hope to move to another subject (or stare out the windows in silence) than to deal with the alternative for 3 days.
I learned that lesson a few election cycles ago.

“EXPERIENCE MATTERS”

October 22, 2025

This update includes:

* Constituent letter to Senator Graham
* Senate leadership meetings
* Next steps
*
**LEPF has sent Senator Graham a letter, signed by LEPF members / South Carolina constituents, requesting that he re-introduce his “Let Experienced Pilots Fly Act” bill from last year. While the government shutdown has taken the oxygen out of the Hill, we remain hard at work to prepare when Congress reconvenes.

We want to thank all of our members that signed on to the letter. We have various efforts planned and ready to implement.

**In spite of the government shutdown, we continue our work behind the scenes. Last week, LEPF President Capt. Barry Kendrick met with Senate Leader John Thune, and Senator Marsha Blackburn in Nashville, TN.

Additionally, Barry met with Senator Ted Cruz in DC.

They discussed the importance and urgency of re-introduction of the “Let Experienced Pilots Fly Act” in this Congress.

We are enthusiastic about the results of the meeting. As soon as we have some official news to report to you, we will do so immediately!

**As we have reported in the past, once we have a bill assigned to the Senate Commerce Committee we will initiate our grassroots efforts on the Hill.

As a result of our last Board of Directors meeting on October 13, 2025, we will have an exciting announcement to make very soon.

Until then, we remain focused on getting a bill re-introduced.
Thank you for your continued support.

The burden of proof should be on the agencies that restrict the pilot license privileges at a certain age, to justify why they do so, because EXPERIENCE MATTERS!

In Unity,

Let Experienced Pilots Fly

Blatantly false. Pink salt scam for geriatric gear jerkers.

The tone of this letter is at least somewhat honest.

It’s almost sad reading that the “president” is prancing around Washington trying to get anyone on board….while the government is shut down. It appears the enthusiasm of their freedom fighter lawmakers is beginning to wane

At this point, given the upcoming “exciting announcement”, we are solidly in pyramid scheme territory.

I will give them credit. It is hard to keep the troops rallied after multiple defeats. They do a decent job coming up with propaganda.
We didn’t lose, we just didn’t win by as much as we hoped.
That door isn’t closed, they left it ajar!
There is always something just around the corner or a new avenue they are pursuing. Having a desperate audience who feels entitled doesn’t hurt.
They really haven’t even asked for money lately.

However, when the government opens back up, they will start pushing on the LEPF bill that has been re-introduced. The control of the legislative branch has flipped and they will sell having much more momentum, but support doesn’t come cheap…send money. Again, when desperation sees a glimmer of hope, they will donate again.

Does anyone else ever look at Congress and think "maybe we aren't the best judges of when we're too old to effectively do our jobs". It's like fatigue, everyone around you sees it before you do.
