Believe it or not, they've improved lol. A lot of the long pieces appear to be written by DC. The conclusions are whacked, but the writing itself is coherent, logical, well organized & formatted, clear, and grammatically correct. Then...DC will type a 5 line incoherent post with 6 typos, and awful grammar. There's NO WAY that dude can be writing the long pieces. It's basically catfishing lol. I won't even get into the lack of self awareness dripping from the group.

I’m more interested in some ‘new balance’ shoes.

Nope. 100% volunteer. The only thing I get out of it is the aggravation

How can one put their thumb on the root cause of an incident/accident without DFDR, DCVR and FOQA data? One word… Irresponsible! He, along with two other prevalent pundits are the first to throw crews under the bus. They are sponsored by non aviation entities who accept this form of reporting the norm.

Thus the reason for NTSB and individuals trained by TAP ROOT instructors out there that don’t opine the causals leading up to the accident. The conclusion of the investigation is complete is complete only when the root cause has been determined.

By the way… in my experience, traits of throwing crews under the bus germinated before their tenure of employment with the airlines.

I know exactly how Facebook works.

Being on it is a personal choice.

If you're not on it then how do you know how it works? You realize that not everything that shows up on your feed you actually follow or are friends with right? You follow a few aviation related news sources and other related things will show up on your feed, such as Captain Steve's fan-girl page every once in a while.

Gotta agree with Suss on this one. Since Steve is a YT personality, I searched the phone video of the India crash with audio when people were debating if the RAT was out or not. My feed was now full of aviation type video suggestions and influencers.

Never watched a Steve video. Hardly ever watch anything aviation related and he pops up in my suggestions every once in a while.

I'm still blown away about how wrong he was about the Air India crash.
Someone like Steve has probably been a captain for a few decades and has had people agree with him unquestioningly since. They take this "obedience" as being right about everything. What they fail to realize is that many people just agree with things they say because getting through a 8-16 hour day is easier if you don't disagree with non- flight related opinions, no matter how wild
