I would hope the union makes them start over on year one pay. There's no point in wasting negotiating capital on these geriatrics.

More like 80K your first year, no vacation, and commuting to LGA sitting SCR in a Crashpad 18 to 19 days a month. But you guys get to pass on your "experienced pilots" expertise.
