Did you just get these recently? I've been away from home for the last 4 or 5 days.

Latter part of last week. The second letter followed the first by a day.

I got both letters and followed the instructions. But where do you see the bids? Also, the second letter said I needed to complete the new employee onboarding process. But after I followed the instructions on how to sign up and log on, I can't find anything about an onboarding process. Did I miss anything?

Log onto DeltaNet -scroll to bottom of page, look for the link "Pilot Resources and Scheduling." You can download the bid packages from there.

I had the same problem with the onboarding process - when I first went to self-service there was nothing resembling the onboarding page. A couple of days later, I tried it again and it worked fine. I have no idea why.

The 737 "dinner and a movie" trips are the main reason you see so many VERY senior captains and FOs at the top of that category. Those boys work 7 days a month for 80 hours and they're home every night. Never a layover. Good work if you can get it.
