Super, I admire your optimism. I think (and hope) you are right, but I've already been furloughed twice, so I'm not giving up a full-time gig until I see how many dudes are under me on the list.

With a statement like that, I'm guessing you don't live in the Southern California area. With property values out here plummeting over the past year and change it's a risky time to buy a home in most areas, especially with our level of job uncertainty.

I did not say homes, I said land. The value of the home sucks but I would venture to bet that the land that it is on has lost little or no value.

You will seldom ever find me falling asleep before 12 to 1. That makes the early morning stuff all the more challenging.

I went to bed at 1. It was just those darn dogs. The seem to be doing it about the same time every morning.
Yes, early morning stuff stinks. I prefer the late stuff myself.

I know that the FA's would. It is quite funny when we get delayed and they are all worried about getting back in time to feed the fricken fur ball. --I always tell them to get a husband.
