An RJ is a "REPLACEMENT JET," very sad....

Another question to the YX pilots, is it not a direct violation for you guys to fly the 170's. I was told, that a Republic birds (Replacement Jets), have to be flown by a pilot that is on the RAH pilot master seniority list, and if you guys lease these birds or whatever the case might be, is this not a violation on RAH contract.

Please, inform me...
I was one of those pilots that was replaced by Skywest, and those pilots told me, "its not us who are putting you guys out of work, but management." We just come and fly like we are suppose to. Very, Very sad. But, is this not what is happening at Midwest now. These RAH, boys/gals just come to work and fly like they are suppose to. And, it is not their fault, its all CORPORATE GREED. As many have said before, "THE COOKIE HAS CRUMBLED"

The lease issue for the RAH birds should be in arbitration this month if I remember reading correctly a couple of months ago.
