Why didn't they get it after PCG1, PCG2, and the PCRB reports?

How many chances do you give them before you realize they will do whatever it takes to please just 50% +1?

And, is there an ALPA, or other union drive at this time. Mike and Bill spent well over a year to get us to a vote.

God help us all.

I get this........

Management's task is to defer payments. Every month that goes by without making improvements makes their job a lot easier.

Don't go sitting by the phone. It's gonna be a while, if at all.

Now why would I give up my line number? Hate to break it to ya but I think if you read any post at any airline you will see alot of complaining. Its an airline pilot's god given right to complain about everything and I think we all know that. Hell, if I'm not paid what I'm worth I can at least complain about it.

Whatever helps you sleep at night. Apparently, you are not happy
until you are unhappy. I really feel bad for you if this incessant groaning is necessary to get you through the day.

Well, let's see if the company acts after the vote. I would expect to see some improvements after listening to your belief in management.

That's the point... management has learned that they only have to do enought to keep the 67% happy.

They ain't gonna do jack for a year...

Absolutely. When more pilots adopt this way of thinking, we as pilots will be much better off.

CB, that was one of the most ridiculous rants I've read on any web forum including FI. I'm glad you're happy being on board here. I'm also nearly apoplectic that you feel it's ok to compare my working conditions at JB with whatever regional you were at and conclude we don't need representation. Are you even flying the line yet? I can't wait for you to lecture one of our 190 captains that is furloughed US or TW and yet STILL supports ALPA about "how it is". Or are you still drinking the kool-aid down at OSC?

By the way even the FAA didn't feel the DL guys that landed on the taxiway should have been fired.

Just did some research. CB, going through training is a great experience; OSC is great at what they do. You lecturing us on working conditions and the need for a CBA here when you haven't even touched a JB jet yet is inane, to say the least.
