Last but not least. I don't hate all Eagle pilots, I was one. However Beagle pilot has become what he despises so much.

I'd heard about Eagle pilots suing each other, but didn't want to believe it. Is it really true? What did he say which caused others to sue him? How many pilot to pilot lawsuits do you have at Eagle?

It is of no concern to anyone outside of AA what APA does or does not make public. It is usually of no concern to the APA membership what APA makes public. Why do you you have a need to know how APA bargins?

More important, what do you think APA should allow? 19 seat turboprops? 35 seat jets? 50 seat jets? or do you prefer 3 class 300+ seats? AE, American Conncoction, Iberia, BA,West Jet, Jet Blue or even Aeroplop?????? Can you fathom an AA Captain, wearing a Hetterman Hat in SJU in a Cessna 402.....me either.

Sir or Madam,
Any jumpseat on the aircraft tradtionally belongs to the Captain. AA was years late on allowing a jumpseat to AA pilots as well as other airline pilots. Many airlines allow a pilot to occupy a cabin jumpseat if no flight attendant is using the seat. Why should another airline fa use the unoccupied seat if an AA pilot could use the seat? Did APA consider the APFA first? NO!! Could it have worked out if APA was less arrogant? Maybe.
Bottom line is many flights could have had the Flight Attendant jumpseat occupied instead of leaving a pilot behind.
Flight Attendants should have a higher priority than a pilot, but a pilot should have the seat if it would otherwise be empty.
Am I wrong?

No, you're spot on. I know of at least 3 times I've been saved by an AirTran pilot willing to ride the FA-JS.

It's a badge of honor to be attacked by evil people. Those who advocate bullying, lying, forcing pilots out of their jobs and other unprofessional and decidedly nonunion-like actions should be fought against. It's understandable that those who advocate such deplorable actions would fight back when they are opposed. Some do it through personal attacks, others through SLAPP suits. True. So far I'm out $8500 of my own money fighting a SLAPP suit from a minority of Eagle pilots like odog1121 supports.

I agree such an agreement would be a good one. That isn't the problem. The problem is the tactics the APA used in their attempt to implement such an agreement.

Did the AirTran pilots work with their FA's on such a jumpseat agreement or did they just say "**** you" and take it?

It does when those secret actions have a direct and adverse impact upon those outside the APA. The aforesaid attempt to abscond with the FA cabin jumpseat is one instance. The APA's attempt to lock Eagle ALPA pilots out of discussions regarding the four-party Letter 3 agreement in 2003 is another.
