Did they send the online assessment to everyone on the last annoucement? I know it has been sent out selectively in the past, but it sounded like more people got the assessment the last time around.

anyone heard of future class dates recently? Im in the pool of 20, and I know 6 more 320's are coming starting in august every month. Seems they would need to start the training process to get crews ready for the aircraft. Only 1 month out until AC start getting picked up.
Cant wait to get in class and dump this retarded desk job, and to tell my socially incompetent boss. ;-)

We are recieving 7 aircraft between now and December 30th. and then 5 in the first two quarters of 2012. We have captains in upgrade training right now. Fo training will begin in the first week of august. The gang in flight training told me that we need about 140 more guys on the list by the ind of next june just to break even with zero attrition. And we just lost a guy this week to Emeriates. So I'm thinking a few more than that. But thats just my opinion. Good luck in training! your really going to be happy here.

I cant wait to get into class. Been furloughed for almost 2 years fighting tooth and nail to get another chance somewhere other than regionals or fly by nite ops. I feel very fortunate to be given a chance at VX. They never mentioned resigning my recall rights at my previous carrier but I expect that to be the first form I fill out in INDOC. Would be nice to have it as a backup plan though, but no way Id go back vs flying at VX right now as Virgin is a much better opportunity for me!

No CHQ guys on the list as far as I know.
Two new sim instructors in training right now, new hire classes should be starting up around the begining of August.
Everyone got the previsor during the last application window because the server that keeps the application records went down so they gave out the previsor to everyone that applied until the server came back up.
The pool of twenty is actually a pool of fifteen.

Im in the pool and waiting to hear about a class date right now. When I get to class, Ill try to keep those waiting for interview info up to date on happenings and plans for future hiring, numbers, etc. Hang in there guys, It took 4 months for me to hear anything about an interview, but then when I did...It was full speed ahead with the process so be ready as if you were going tomorrow!!
