the IBT can ask RAH to terminate your employment. RAH does not have to do it. Do you think they will fire 700 pilots? I bet not. Gwedo might show up at your door but IBT can't fire you.

FAPA does not exist... just because Robert Shapiro and legalzoom.com charged you 69 bux to create a LLC does not mean that the country club that FAPA now is represents anything. You are IBT now...

It's very unlikely I will be a teamster again. I want no part of such a crooked organization.

So, if you wrap your precious Airbus up into a ball on landing, what union representation comes out to investigate? Who ya gonna call....? Not ghostbusters....

Most likely it will be ALPA being paid for by the teamsters.

Not to intterupt a pointless argument or anything, but for those of you who havent noticed the new seniority list is now in affect. Regardless of where you feel you should or shouldn't be on said list, there are over 400 of our fellow pilots now furloughed. Please consider this before you pick up any extra flying.

Question out of curiosity...how would this affect (if at all) the people from Lynx that bypassed the recall a few months back to the Q400 (Republic Airlines) and were told you no longer had recall rights for doing so. Since this was before the list was in effect are they still going to see a recall based on this new list, or are they off of it and out?

The "new" seniority list is in effect?

Are you referring to the same 400 pilots that you walked over in 2009?

If the new list is in effect, how does that affect my October bid? How about my 2012 vacation bid?

It doesn't, because the IMSL is most definitely not "in effect".

Keep dreaming. I thought you guys didn't want our seats? Isn't that what you have been pronouncing over and over?

Your true colors are showing, try and contain yourselves.

Replace the 2nd "you" with "we" and maybe you've got something... because if you're a line pilot as well, you had about as much control over this course of events as we did.

Once again your ignorance to the truth baffles me. List is now in play, has been for almost two weeks. I went down two in MKE this month because of it. Once again RAH has furloughs. Your current status goes unchanged because of your precious fence, that's why you won't see anything different. I didn't come to RAH to fly a bus, I came here to build my time and get the F out, just we all did. Nothing has changed. The only people in the bus I'm senior to are the 20 or so that went over thinking they hit it big. As long as my flying craptastic is funding your attempt to lose more money, my brothers/sisters and I do deserve to be treated with respect, and have the ability should we chose to stay here to bid on any vacancy our seniority can hold per the arbitrators award. No new hires into the bus, that's all I really care about. I'm not planning on being here 7 years from now anyway.

Hopefully former Midwest and Lynx pilots will want to fill newhire Airbus positions. I know you and all your RP brothers have been testifying that you have NO desire to fly an Airbus for Frontier (and you have not heard of a single RAH pilot that desires to fly the bus).

And guess what. I am planning on being at Frontier in 7 seven years, and I hope to hell you, or your RP brothers, are not part of Frontier Airlines.
