Regardless of whether or not they are profitable...even with their departure we are still not properly staffed.

Any business person will keep a close watch on the balance sheet, if it's in the red you reduce costs and/or sell assets ............ How much will a 190 bring on the open market? The frontier brand will continue to downsize until the economy stabilizes. Shedding the least efficient a/c makes sense, be it a 135, 145, 170, q400, or 190. Sell the c series options.......... There is lots more to come. Hope Washington can get over themselves and get the economy rolling again.

The question is will round 2 of concessions be sought before or after bk?

I think he's going for 3 rounds. Watch for the 2nd one to be followed by the bk filing.

Being the little ceo at the golf course with parker/tilton gives him little to brag about. His game is mediocre at best, but Bedford has always been the type of guy who needs attention focused on him. With a triple concession under his belt, he'll retain a place at the country club table and the infamy of being the guy that got 3 for many years to come.

If there's another bankrupcty filing, we won't be coming out of it. Just FYI.

thats fine with me and most of original RAH. however, those on the F9 certificate should not be fine with this. when usair sold the F100, did the F100 pilots go with the airplane to the buyer? all RAH can sell is the trademark and certificate....but we are one list and deemed a single carrier so there will no cherry picking pilots out of a seniority to go with the airplanes.

I thought they didn't have a fence? There wouldn't be "cherry picking", the Frontier pilots would go with the Frontier certificate.

I'm curious to hear more about that - what happened to the pilots in that deal?

If F9 is sold, who do you think should go with the airplanes? You?

If you think that, you really are a bigger piece of work than I thought.

Does the fence say anything about the certificate? If the airbuses are sold, or the Frontier certificate, or the business as a whole...you are fenced to the airbus type. No other certificate operates the airbus at this time...sooooo...yeah, you don't want to see that happen. Just like if the E145s are sold to another company, the pilots are displaced within the fence on the RAH certificates....the E145 pilots don't go with the airplanes to the buyer.

Similar to all cases where an airline removes a type from the fleet.

..uummm...fear not, I'm still the piece of work you originally thought cause I think no one will go with the airplanes to the buyer. unless, of course.......all of RAH is bought.
