The "new" seniority list is in effect?
Are you referring to the same 400 pilots that you walked over in 2009?
If the new list is in effect, how does that affect my October bid? How about my 2012 vacation bid?
It doesn't, because the IMSL is most definitely not "in effect".
Keep dreaming. I thought you guys didn't want our seats? Isn't that what you have been pronouncing over and over?
Your true colors are showing, try and contain yourselves.

While it changes nothing, I do resent any F9 statements of outrage or sympathy for the furloughed Midwest/Lynx pilots when FAPA went to great lengths to delay implementation of the list (and hence any recalls) of YX/Lynx pilots.
If an F9 pilot disagreed with his/her unions attempts on that part, then they are excepted from any resentment. If the delaying tactic was supported, then the hypocracy should be self evident.
I wish every pilot involved in this the best, but I do not wish to be patronized by anyone who took steps beyond the normal give and take process to harm his/her fellow pilots.
(zoopra..I am replying to your post as a general reply to numerous...yours is not being singled out)

Question out of curiosity...how would this affect (if at all) the people from Lynx that bypassed the recall a few months back to the Q400 (Republic Airlines) and were told you no longer had recall rights for doing so. Since this was before the list was in effect are they still going to see a recall based on this new list, or are they off of it and out?
I realuzed i forgot to mention the lynx guys in my number. I have no idea about the recall situation. I have heard that the HR people have no clue what is going on and have said multiple things regarding recall options to differnt people. I don't believe that the union has settled with the company how the recall is to be handled.

Once again your ignorance to the truth baffles me. List is now in play, has been for almost two weeks. I went down two in MKE this month because of it. Once again RAH has furloughs. Your current status goes unchanged because of your precious fence, that's why you won't see anything different. I didn't come to RAH to fly a bus, I came here to build my time and get the F out, just we all did. Nothing has changed. The only people in the bus I'm senior to are the 20 or so that went over thinking they hit it big. As long as my flying craptastic is funding your attempt to lose more money, my brothers/sisters and I do deserve to be treated with respect, and have the ability should we chose to stay here to bid on any vacancy our seniority can hold per the arbitrators award. No new hires into the bus, that's all I really care about. I'm not planning on being here 7 years from now anyway.
You might want to check that bid list again. Feel free to quote this post and respond back to me when you do.

As someone who was on the receiving end of company cut-backs, I feel for your guys who are getting furloughed. Good luck to them, and hopefully they'll be back flying soon.

Don't believe BB's hype. This is a bull**** furlough, we are still understaffed and cutting those planes would only begin to bring us towards a normal staffing level. This is politics, pure and simple. This is the same bull**** he pulled in 2003...when negotiations start to get heated, threaten to pull flying and furlough some folks...union busting 101.
