I actually like UA's uniform, with the pinstripe gold vice the wide bars. Of course, I was working there when the uniform changed in 2001 (oh yes, it did change), so I may be biased. I wore navy at my last airline, and I'm wearing black for my current job. My preference is the blue, but the black makes it easy to get away with non-approved-vendor pants, especially in the summer.

I think the best looking uniform is the one that still looks good after being worn for a couple of months. I hate the shine on CAL and Delta's pants.. Delta's epaulets look pretty disgusting too after a while.
