Jet Blue at it again

Back to the original idea, I can't remember how many tests NASA has done on fatigue and the effects on the human body. Although; they never seem to get the FAA to impose new flight rules and duty rest... Now JBlue does one test with a few pilots and a doctor with their own definition of what fatigue is, and things my change to a 9 hour day? Give me a brake. I wonder what the actual tests showed? Maybe the pilots showed fatigue with less then 8 hours and they are trying all sorts of formulas to show otherwise....If you put enough money (Lobbying) behind anything, it will get past....LOOK OUT, 9hr, 10hr, 11hr....

The pilots you cite are Union members working for contractually agreed to or legally imposed wages. I simply cut and paste from the world's leading dictionary. You applied the skewed logic.
Sounds like you've got some residual guilt from anti-union behavior prior to ALPA representation at FedEx. Guess the FPA didn't work out so well, did it?

Let the witch hunt begin!

I read this article this morning in the NY Times. I was completely dumfounded at the stupidity of the JB pilots. Hey guys, anyone want to volunteer to provide us data that will allow us to make your duty day longer and our pockets fatter? Ooh, ooh, ooh choose me, choose me... I'll do it, I'll do it.... Just proves you don't have to be smart to work at JB. Come on guys, think a little!!!
I too predict JB will be in the history books right next to every other airline that came and went. I give them three years tops! Less if they keep up the stupid pet tricks.

Stupidity? LOL. Look whoose talking. A Continental pilot who signed a blank check for a concessionary contract and is getin' screwed with it?! The same pilot group who recently elected a scab as MEC Chairman who stole from the pilot group along with other union members?! Take a look in the mirror pal!
At least the Continental pilot did'nt WILLINGLY break FAR rules!

Hmm. I wouldn't say that. Continental had some questionable Europe flights that needed IRO's that didn't have them as I do recall.
Besides about 700-800 of Continental pilots willing cross legal picket lines.
My point is, don't go pointing the finger at other airlines when you don't have yours in check.

(4) : one who works for less than union wages or on nonunion terms.
There are no union wages or terms at JetBlue.
