Delta has a TA
#841
Unbelievable. The ta is now on the website and in the scope section it says if the company gets a new narrowbody plane type they can go up to a total of 223 76 jets with still 102 70 seat jets. That's right 70 more 76 seaters!!! HELL NO!

So correct me if I am reading this wrong, but the language in the TA says they can only allow more 76 seat aircraft with more narrowbody aircraft, but once those 76 seat aircraft area allowed they are there to stay. Meaning if in a couple years Delta then decides to REDUCE narrowbody flying the additional 76 seat aircraft do NOT need to be reduced. PLEASE tell me I am reading this wrong!!!!

Then Delta gets 30 76-seat jets (a new narrowbody fleet type!), for a Delta total of 30.
Then DCI gets 30 more 76-seat jets, for a DCI total of 132.
Then DCI gets 90 more 76-seat jets, for a DCI total of 222.
Then Delta gives their 30 76-seat jets to DCI, for a Delta total of 0,
and DCI receives those 30 76-seat jets for a DCI total of 252.
Sounds legit.

Why the change in the scope with regards to Delta Private Jets?
How big is a 99,900# jet?
How big is a 99,900# jet?

The TA is published on the DALPA website. There is no information blackout. Go read the damn thing and quit whining.
