I've applied to Airways in the most recent window and received the "Thank you for your interest" auto-reply email stating that the application was not complete until the following:
(from the email):
The online application does request a significant amount of information from you including:
1) 10 years of work history with supervisors? contact information
2) Brief explanations for any gaps in employment
3) 3 references? contact information
For the life of me I cannot find where to do this. The email doesn't specify nor does the jobs page. Anyone have an idea?

If you haven't been able to tell from this thread, the Airways application system has come under a bit of critique. Just roll with it.

Its nice to know that others are at least getting calls. I first applied December 31, and again in Feb. and again last week. I have 3 "under Reviews"
