Spirit is now KCM. And you're wrong again. An email by your NK friend? The same friend that is on reserve as a 2nd yr FLL FO (because he bids that way)?

There has not been, nor was there ever, a communication from SPAMEC requesting or condoning concessions to gain KCM for the pilot group. Nor was any communication recieved from management requesting we give something up to gain KCM. More importantly, as a pilot group, I guarantee we were not about to give up anything to receive that.

The fact the you come on here with "a friend sent me an email from.." is again, laughable and childish. You need a break from this forum, my friend. You are an instigator and a dissenter, especially to Spirit, to say the least.

You post mis-statements and spin the facts to suit your choice of VA and your hatred for Spirit for reasons unknown to me, however I've heard rumors because you were not successful during your interview here.

Is that true? If not then why the hatred for this pilot group? I'd love to understand. But either way, don't post false rumors as fact. Back them up, because otherwise, you resemble a thinly veiled vendetta to sully the reputation of an airline that rejected you.

A pilot in PHX recently (not US) tried to go through KCM, got flagged for inspection, grabbed his ID and left. He was caught trying to go through another KCM checkpoint. He had a weapon. He's looking at some serious charges. Felony with intent.

There may be more FA incidents, and I know of a few, but they do not have a lock on stupidity.

If we can't conduct ourselves in a manner befitting the responsibility inherent in such a program we deserve to lose it.

The problem is when the actions of a few individuals are associated with the collective "We." Accountability needs to be enforced here.

Yes there was, and it was worded that management wanted to open talks in exchange for KCM, and that they (union) would not entertain it. As for that email, circa August 2012/early Sept 2012. I never did interview at NK, so not sure where you are hearing that from. I've only had 2 airline pilot interviews in my life, and both successful so far. I like to spar with pilots who constantly use W2 wages as their #1 fighting tool, because they can't or won't use anything else. It was around the time when KCM came out and it was free for about one month for pilots and then airlines opted out because they had to pay for it. Many pulled out, even FedEx from what I heard. This was right around last year's Summer 2012.

If by "we", you mean "flight attendants"... then I'm completely with you on this one.
