Application status says Closed on SWA Careers. Is that what others have?
And this from FAQ

I would like to become a Southwest Airlines Pilot. What should I do?
Good news! You are no longer required to go to a separate website to apply for the Pilot position. Visit southwest.com>About Southwest>Careers>View all Job Postings>Pilot - First Officer to complete the online application process. Please note that we accept applications for the specific jobs currently listed under “Search Results,” and we are unable to accept résumés for unavailable postings. If the position isn’t listed, don’t give up. Continue to check southwest.com for future job listings.

Anyone else having formatting issues on the SWA ONLY site when cut/pasting OR uploading a resume?

Yes, I followed the instructions and saved my resume in .txt format, but it places all of my data in the wrong places.

Maybe I'm not as smart as I thought I was?

Don't worry about the job status saying "closed". As long as you applied and got the confirmation "thank you for applying" email you're good to go. Don't apply twice!!

Last time around it took a while to get the link to pilot credentials, but you can easily go to the website and setup your profile there ahead of time.

For the résumé upload on the application I just used the résumé wizard and it took a lot of the hassle out. No formatting issues to deal with either

Or you could just email them. They were very nice and said "Closed just means we are no longer accepting new applications." It is no big deal. Fill out the pilot credentials website like a couple years ago, and then wait a few weeks for possible calls. The job status closed is nothing to worry about! Cheers!

The requirement number has changed that is why you are seeing closed. Look at the job you applied for and it's number then look back at the website it will show a new number.

I think this was mentioned somewhere but I can't find it. Do I need to put dual time (received during training) in the SIC column? Thanks!

Just tell Warren that he needs to call me and all will be good.

I had the same problem. Do they expect this?

The formatting on mine got all messed up too. I just went in and made it look as nice as possible. I would seriously hope they don't make hiring decisions based on the appearance of a text resume. They can see your nice one at the pilot credentials site.
