You'll have "A" RNP approach. Not Alaskas most recent proprietary one that big D was unable to secure a copy of. I'll admit, any RNAV RNP approach will make a huge difference but there will still be a couple times Alaska will make it that Delta won't be able to. Also just out of curiosity, is Skywest RNP capable for SIT and KTN?

Is this a rhetorical question? No dogs in this fight but lots of irony in this statement coming from an Alaska apologist. Isn't Skywest taking possession of some e-jets with Alaska painted on the side?

Yup....and they can take as many as they want since AS has no restrictions on scope for outsourcing other than current jets on order.

Oops, did I just preempt our upcoming announcement?
Why spend the money on airplanes? All Alaskan management has to do is ink a codeshare deal with AA, United, or even Delta to provide that lift.

We do? I thought it explicitly said you cant stream video (i.e. netflix)? Been a little while since I've tried anything but deltanet, and even that is painfully slow.

Not netflix, just delta content, it's one of the free gogo options like free texting. Look around in gogo menu.

This is a new development. He made it sound as if we have been doing this for some time, which is far from the truth. It's very recent and it's not even close to being implemented on the entire fleet yet.

"My rnp is better than your rnp", this reminds me of a conversation with my 5 year old. It's amazing how Alaska guys get all bent out shape about JUNO, it's just one flight per day for Delta out of 15,000 daily flights. So, who gives a s...t if we divert once every few months.

Do you honestly believe that is the ONLY possible outcome it the case Delta establishes a "Hub" in Seattle. Yes, at face value that's what the contract says but just think about the ratio of Atlantic flying right now and the recent grievance. Just because the contract says something doesn't make it so....
