What's the deal on Guard?

I actually thought most of the responses on here was to tell me to "Lighten up Francis!"

Had you posted this on the Regionals side, that would be exactly what you had gotten!

The only way to "police" this is from our own flight decks. Further, we can't stop the GA, corporate, and other users with a Sporty's handheld from transmitting foolishness on frequency. The best policy: IGNORE it.
What one aircraft overhead hears from a 17-year old with a handheld - and responds to - is heard by several aircraft which then respond to each other - which is then heard by even more aircraft. And on and on.
It's the perfect "relay". Stop responding. Police your own - that's all you can do.

Disagree....I hear it worse in the Middle East. If it isn't Iran telling someone they are violating their airspace it's a bunch of dumbasses cluttering up the frequency.
So apparently they have a bunch of shi**y millennials as well

I have noticed this trend lately, too. Wondering what the crap is going on. It's distracting and sometimes you miss part of a radio call for this. Never heard it from a FedEx cockpit, wondering who is doing this. Not funny at all, juvenile. Seems like this could be tracked down, if they wanted to do so.

Uh, telling aircraft about airspace violations is one of the valid uses for the frequency. Obviously you need some remedial training in international flying.
